By clicking on the respective links, you'll be directed to the availability page specific to each Bubble. This allows you to easily find open dates and secure your exclusive and private Bubble retreat experience.
Our rates are subject to seasonal fluctuations. The starting rate for our individual Bubbles begins at $224 per night, while our Three Bubble Dome Home starts at $630 per night. Please keep in mind that rates tend to be higher during busy seasons, such as October, March/April, holidays, and weekends.
When finalizing your reservation, the total rate for your chosen stay will be displayed. It's important to note that there is a cleaning fee per stay, as well as an occupancy tax. You can review the details of these fees in the reservation summary before confirming your booking. We strive to provide transparent pricing information to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our standard check-in and checkout times are as follows:
Check-in: Any time between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Central time.
Checkout: By 10 a.m. Central time.
We kindly recommend arriving before dark, especially if it's your first time in the area, as it allows for a smoother check-in process and better orientation.
Please note that early check-in or late checkout requests may be accommodated but are subject to availability and incur an additional cost of $50 per hour. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the standard checkout time or arrive earlier than the designated check-in time, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Please keep in mind that additional charges may apply for early check-in or late checkout to cover the extra time and resources required.
Nestled within the serene beauty of Sam Houston National Forest, our accommodations offer a secluded retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The closest airport to our location is George Bush International Airport, approximately 45 miles away. Alternatively, William P. Hobby Airport is located 68 miles away. Please note that while ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft can transport you to our property, they do not typically provide return trips. Therefore, we recommend arranging private transportation for a seamless and convenient experience during your stay.
We are delighted to share that the charming town of Coldspring is conveniently located just 8 miles away from our property. While we're thrilled to have three bubbles on the property, we want to assure you that they are thoughtfully positioned to prioritize your privacy. When we designed the property, privacy was one of our top concerns, and we're proud to share that there haven't been any noise disturbances among the habitants of the Bubbles. So you can relax and enjoy your tranquil stay with complete peace of mind!
Absolutely! You have the option to book all three Bubbles for your stay. Whether you're planning a gathering with family or friends, or simply seeking a private retreat, reserving all three Bubbles ensures exclusive access to the entire property. Experience the ultimate relaxation and create unforgettable memories by booking all three Bubbles for your stay.
Yes and no. The Bubbles are not sealed or insulated so you should still consider your stay as a “glamping” experience that does not include traditional air conditioning or heat.
In the summer, the Bubbles include a portable air conditioning unit. However, the A/C will not completely cool the entire Bubbles and it will still be warm on peak summer days while providing cool air at nights for comfortable rest. In the winter, we provide two small space heaters and a heated bed. If it is cold outside, it will be cold inside your Bubble. When staying in a Bubble please prepare appropriately for the weather forecast.
We urge you to be reasonable about your personal expectations regarding comfort. Please note that we do not issue refunds due to weather or personal discomfort because of the temperature.
Absolutely! Rest assured, each Bubble boasts its own private ensuite bathroom. Inside the Bubble, you'll find the convenience of hot water and a flushing toilet, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience throughout your stay.
Great news! We've got you covered when it comes to firewood. It's included in your stay, so you can enjoy cozy campfires and the warm ambiance they provide. However, please note that we do not provide charcoal. So if you plan on grilling, make sure to bring along your preferred charcoal for a sizzling outdoor cooking experience.
While we understand the desire for connectivity, we intentionally offer a remote and serene experience nestled in the forest. Our limited satellite WiFi is available in specific areas such as the pool and outdoor kitchen, but not within the bubbles themselves. We believe in providing an escape to paradise, allowing you to disconnect from the digital world and fully immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings. Embrace this opportunity to unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature during your stay with us.
To ensure the privacy and exclusivity of our location, we have a unique check-in process. Two days prior to your scheduled arrival, we will send you an email and/or text with detailed check-in information, including directions to our property. This allows us to maintain the confidentiality of our location while providing you with all the necessary information for a smooth arrival. Additionally, the morning of your arrival, we will send you the access information required to enter the property. Rest assured, we have designed this process with your convenience and privacy in mind. We look forward to welcoming you to our hidden oasis!
Certainly! We welcome children at our property. However, please note that our Bubbles may not be suitable for infants. The unique design and features of the Bubbles may pose certain limitations for accommodating very young children. We recommend considering the age appropriateness and safety aspects when making a reservation with children. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, including the little ones.
To maintain the unique experience we offer, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed at our property. We kindly request that you respect this policy, as we strive to create a tranquil and serene environment for all our guests. Please note that failure to comply with this policy may result in a $300 fee. However, if you are traveling with a certified service animal, we kindly ask that you inform us prior to your arrival. Please note that emotional support animals are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We understand that plans can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our guests. Here are the details:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund, with a deduction of $25 to $50 as a cancellation fee.
- If you book between 1 and 6 days before your scheduled stay, no refund or option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be provided, and rescheduling is not available.
- If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund, with a cancellation fee of $25 to $50 (depending on the circumstances).
To initiate a cancellation, please send us an email with your request. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone or via text.
If you need to modify your reservation and it is 15 days or more before your arrival date, please contact us via email, and we will be glad to assist you in making the necessary changes without incurring a cancellation fee.
Please be aware that our policy does not make exceptions for circumstances such as Covid or other viral sickness, area power outages, weather conditions in your area or ours, nature-related incidents, WiFi outages, or any other factors or unforeseen events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Unfortunately, we do not allow changes to reservations due to inclement weather. Our reservation policy remains in effect regardless of weather conditions. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, but we are unable to make exceptions to our policy in this regard. We recommend checking the weather forecast before your stay and preparing accordingly to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
We would be delighted to help you create a memorable experience for special events such as birthdays or anniversaries. Decorations for the Bubble can be arranged upon request as additional extras. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or surprising a loved one, our team can assist in providing customized decorations to add a touch of celebration and make your stay even more special. Yes, we do offer an event space for rent! If you're planning a special occasion or gathering, we have the perfect option for you. Our Three Bubble Home Dome can be booked to accommodate your event.
