Booking Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our guests. Here are the details: - If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund, with a deduction of $25 to $50 as a cancellation fee. - If you book between 1 and 6 days before your scheduled stay, no refund or option to reschedule. - Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. - For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be provided, and rescheduling is not available. - If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund, with a cancellation fee of $25 to $50 (depending on the circumstances). To initiate a cancellation, please send us an email with your request. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone or via text. If you need to modify your reservation and it is 15 days or more before your arrival date, please contact us via email, and we will be glad to assist you in making the necessary changes without incurring a cancellation fee. Please be aware that our policy does not make exceptions for circumstances such as Covid or other viral sickness, area power outages, weather conditions in your area or ours, nature-related incidents, WiFi outages, or any other factors or unforeseen events beyond our control.
