We understand plans can change. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund of their booking deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our guests. Here are the details:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund, with a deduction of $25 to $50 as a cancellation fee.
- If you book between 1 and 6 days before your scheduled stay, no refund or option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be provided, and rescheduling is not available.
- If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund, with a cancellation fee of $25 to $50 (depending on the circumstances).
To initiate a cancellation, please send us an email with your request. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone or via text.
If you need to modify your reservation and it is 15 days or more before your arrival date, please contact us via email, and we will be glad to assist you in making the necessary changes without incurring a cancellation fee.
Please be aware that our policy does not make exceptions for circumstances such as Covid or other viral sickness, area power outages, weather conditions in your area or ours, nature-related incidents, WiFi outages, or any other factors or unforeseen events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

All guests must:
- Respect all property rules and staff instructions.
- Maintain quiet hours and be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
- Refrain from any dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
- The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.
- Accept responsibility for any damage caused during their stay.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability
- Outdoor lodging includes natural risks such as wildlife, weather, uneven terrain, and insects. – Bespoke Outdoor Bubbles LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where required by law.
- You are solely responsible for your own safety and personal belongings.
6. Animals on Property
- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), only trained service dogs are permitted on the property. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not allowed—even with documentation—as they do not qualify as Service animals under the ADA.
- If the need for a service animal is not obvious, we reserve the right to ask the two legally permitted questions:
(1) Is the dog required because of a disability?
(2) What specific work or task has the dog been trained to perform? - Guests bringing a service dog must notify us in advance of their stay.
- Service dogs must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service dog and for any damage it may cause to the property.
